Terms For New Customers:  Credit card

Terms:  We accept Visa or MC only.  $25.00 for all NSF checks.

UNPAID BALANCES, INCLUDING NSF CHECKS, WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 10% PER MONTH (FROM DATE OF PURCHASE) UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL.

Shipping:  UPS - In the Mainland USA and US Mail to Alaska & Hawaii.  We use FedEx Ground when shipping to Canada. Within Mainland USA - Free shipping with orders of $600.00 or more. Within Washington, Oregon & Idaho - Free shipping with orders of $350.00 or more. California - Free shipping with orders of $450.00 or more. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada - We will pay half the normal shipping rates on a 1000.00 order. Shipping to international destinations will incur a $50 palleting fee. ON ALL ORDERS - Due to shipping rate and fee increases, if we are charged a gas excise charge, rural delivery charges or home delivery charges, we have no choice but to pass these extra fees on to you.  OVERSEAS ORDERS:-  IF PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO ADD $15.00 TO THE PRICE OF THE ORDER TO PAY FOR OUR BANK FEES FOR THIS TRANSFER. REMEMBER YOUR BANK CHARGES FOR THIS AS WELL AND YOUR OWN FEES NEED TO BE ADDED AS WELL.  IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND OUT THEIR OWN BANK CHARGES.

Missing Or Damaged Products:  Contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will make the appropriate arrangements.  Keep the box, packing materials and damaged goods to UPS pickup OR CLAIM CANNOT BE INITIATED.

Returns:  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Please understand that we pride ourselves on offering the best quality, disease-free products to you and your customers. We cannot and do not resell any item that is returned to us for this reason. Again, we do not accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.

Backorders:  None, but we will add the missing product to your next order if you wish us to.  We pride ourselves in the amount of stock we keep in our warehouse. but sometimes a problem can occur that is beyond our control.

Specialties:  If you are too busy, or confused on what to order, just give us a budget and the size of the birds you wish to buy for.  We'll put a great order together for you, Mate!
